Our kids can be a bit picky eaters at times and it is nice to have a few recipes on hand that I know we won’t have a big fight over. These Instant Pot Pizza bites are the perfect solution.

How to Make Crustless Pizza Bites
My kids love anything pizza so I make up a batch or two of these and stick them in their lunchboxes with a side of marinara, they love it! I usually make a double batch using two of the baby food silicone molds. This clever little pan make great egg bites like our Starbuck’s Egg Bite Copycat recipe. Instant Pot Pizza Egg Bites Recipe
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- salt and pepper
- 14 pepperoni slices, quartered
- 1/4 cup sausage
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Pizza Sauce
Instant Pot Pizza Egg Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- salt and pepper
- 14 pepperoni slices quartered
- 1/4 cup sausage
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Pizza Sauce
Instructions
- Grease pan and set aside.
- Add eggs, milk and cottage cheese to blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Add pizza toppings to cavities in pan. Sprinkle cheese evenly in each pot. Pour egg mixture in each cup. Loosely cover with foil.
- Create a sling by folding a long piece of foil in half and placing it under the pan.
- Place 2 cups of water into the instant pot and add the trivet to the instant pot. Place the foil sling and pan into the instant pot and seal the lid shut. Close the pressure release valve. Set the instant pot to steam (normal, high pressure) for 8 minutes. When cooking cycle is complete, let steam naturally release for 10 minutes. Open instant pot, remove foil and discard and serve pizza quiche with pizza sauce on the side.
