Many of my friends are sending their kiddos back to school today. While we have been in school for over a month, I am finding myself already getting into that lunch box rut.  I find myself resorting to the good old peanut butter and jelly sandwich and applesauce that my son likes.  Finding food that my picky eater will love to eat for lunch has always been a struggle and that is why I turn to blogs and recipe sites for inspiration.
