I love finding delicious Instant Pot lunch recipes that my family will enjoy. I think I have started to convert all meals in our household to Instant Pot meals. While that might be a little dramatic, we do use our Instant Pot in some form or fashion at least 5 days a week.
I use it almost daily to boil eggs in the morning, I love just pushing a couple buttons and walking away. I also love the Instant Pot for lunch. On the weekends we are constantly looking for Instant Pot lunch ideas that we can enjoy as a family or to make quickly when we are entertaining.

If you are looking for some more delicious Instapot lunch ideas, I highly recommend this cookbook. It is inexpensive and is actually free with Kindle Unlimited. There are chicken, beef and vegetarian options for lunch in this book. It is very user-friendly and has wonderful step-by-step instructions.
