I have used it several times already and have made ranch pretzels and a cheesy hash brown casserole that everyone raved about! Do your kids love mac and cheese as much as mine do? I decided to add some broccoli and the Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker to make this one feel a little more special. It was perfect for our “Meatless Monday” meals we have been doing. Although, you could add some protein to it if you wanted to. It is pretty versatile.
The spaghetti takes about 10 minutes to cook and you toss the broccoli in with two minutes to go, so when I say this meal only takes 15 minutes to make, I mean from start to finish!
Cheesy Ranch Spaghetti with Broccoli

- 8 ounces Spaghetti Noodles
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 4 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker
Directions

Prepare spaghetti noodles according to package directions. During the last 2 minutes of cooking time, add broccoli into boiling water. Reserve 1 cup of pasta liquid. Turn burner off and drain pasta, return the pot to stove top.

Add flour and butter into the pasta pot and stir to combine. Stir in cheese, Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, and as much of the reserved pasta water you need for the desired consistency.
Return pasta and broccoli to the pot and stir to combine. Top with parsley if desired and enjoy!
