One of my favorite shortcuts for homemade pizza is using RAGÚ® Pasta Sauce as my pizza sauce. Yes, that is right, I use a pasta sauce! For this roasted garlic chicken pizza recipe I used RAGÚ Cheese Creations Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce. The sauce gives it the amazing garlic flavor that pairs well with chicken, add some red peppers and spinach to the mix and you have one beautiful and tasty meal!
Easy White Chicken Pizza Recipe
As I mentioned before I take a little help from the grocery store to make this pizza. In addition to the RAGÚ Cheese Creations Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce, I buy a rotisserie chicken and use the breast meat for the pizza. This a huge time saver for me.
- RAGÚ Cheese Creations Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- Pizza Crust (I used a refrigerated dough)
- 2 Cups mozzarella Cheese
- ½ Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
- 2 Cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 Cup Baby Spinach
- Olive Oil
- Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Roll out your pizza crust on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread about ½ cup of Ragu Cheese Creations Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the top of the dough.
- Top the sauce with mozerella cheese.
- Add your bell pepper, spinach and chicken to the top of the pizza.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and the crust turns a golden brown.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.

This white chicken pizza recipe has a ton of flavor and it looks beautiful. It is easy to make for a date night, for guests coming over as well as a weekly family dinner.
