  • 10 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 8 oz Diced Ham
  • 1/2 Diced Onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 32- ounce bag of Frozen Tater Tots
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large casserole dish pour tater tots in the bottom.
  • Sprinkle diced ham and diced onions on top of the tater tots, set aside. tater tot caserole
  • In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture over tater tots and top with cheese.Ham egg and tater tot casserole
  • Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes until eggs are fully cooked through.
  • Top with green onion and enjoy!
