1cupketchup
1tbsptomato paste
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1tbspapple cider vinegar
1tspgarlic powder
1tspsalt
1tspfreshly ground pepper
Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together beef, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, and spices. Using your hands, form mixture into small 1-inch ball sized meatballs.
Using another medium-sized bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients until well combined.
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. When skillet is hot add your meatballs to the pan and brown on all sides. About 5 minutes. When meatballs are completely browned, add the sauce to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let the sauce simmer until the sauce has reduced by half and meatballs are cooked through. For me, this took about 20 minutes. Be sure you are basting the meatballs with a spoon while they are simmering.
