1. Using a standing mixer or a hand mixer, cream together the sugar and butter until fluffy and combined in a large mixing bowl.2. Mix in the vanilla and salt and mix until combined and fluffy3. Beat in the (heat treated) flour, 1/4 C of the flour at a time just until all combined4. Mix in the Patriotic sprinkles using a rubber spatula5. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop portions out or eat out of the bowl yourself!6. Make sure you have a big glass of milk!
