1. Preheat oven to 400°F.2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.3. Mix the sour cream, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, crumbled bacon, scallions and cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. Add the shredded hash browns and stir until everything is evenly coated.4. Pour into the baking dish, and cook, uncovered, for 40–45 minutes in a preheated oven, until crisp and golden.5. Serve warm.
