Frozen Peanut Butter Cups

An easy frozen peanut butter and chocolate dessert!

  • 6 Tablespoons Peanut Butter I used crunchy but you can use what ever you have on hand
  • 8 ounce tub of COOL WHIP whipped topping
  • 6 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup


  1. Mix peanut butter and COOL WHIP topping together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix together until smooth.
  2. Line a mini muffin pan with mini muffin liners.
  3. Fill mini muffin liners with mixture.
  4. Drop a couple of drops of chocolate syrup on top of each one and swirl with a toothpick.
  5. Freeze for about an hour and serve.
  6. Optional: I did add a chopped up Peanut Butter Cup on top of half of my cups. I loved how they turned out and highly recommend it!
