Ingredients
2Cflour
1tbsppumpkin pie spice
1 cupsugar
1tspbaking soda
1/2tspkosher salt
1cupunsalted sweet cream butter softened
1large egg
2tsppure vanilla extract
1cupcanned pumpkin puree
1 1/4cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 9 x 13 brownie baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray, set aside.
Using a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt and whisk to combine.
Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in egg and vanilla and beat well. Add pumpkin puree and continue mixing until combined. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread batter into your brownie baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow bars to cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!
