Slice your banana in half lengthwise. Using a pastry brush, brush Mazola corn oil on the cut side of the banana and place in a grill pan, repeat with all the slices of banana. While the banana is on the grill pan brush Mazola corn oil on the remaining sides. Sprinkle with cinnamon and grill until done but not too squishy.
Place banana halves in a banana split bowl.
Place tablespoons of the greek yogurt on top of the banana. Top yogurt with fruit and granola.
Mix a tablespoon of peanut butter with a little bit of Mazola Corn oil until you create a peanut butter sauce. I didn't use a lot, maybe a couple teaspoons.
Drizzle peanut butter sauce over the banana split and enjoy!
