Chicken Noodle Soup Kolache Recipe

This Czech kolach recipe is a delicious spin on chicken noodle soup. Savory soup is surrounded by flakey crust. Yummy! You need to taste it to believe it!

  • Traditional Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup
  • Large refrigerated biscuit dough 8 ct.
  • Melted Butter with one clove garlic optional
  • Parmesan Cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Open biscuits and spread the dough into a flat bowl using your hands.
  3. Drain most of Chicken Soup broth into a small container and reserve for later.
  4. In the middle of each biscuit, place a few tablespoons of Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup
  5. Fold the biscuit dough up over the filling and pinch together to form a ball.
  6. Place seam side down in a buttered casserole dish.
  7. Brush melted butter/crushed garlic over the biscuits and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-30 until golden brown. Let cool.
  9. Heat up remaining broth on the stove top until heated through. Pour into small containers for          dipping.
