An easy and simple Asian style salad recipe with ramen noodles, sesame dressing, seeded cucumbers and purple cabbage. It is a great healthy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
For Salad
3cupsshredded Romaine lettuce
2cupsshredded purple cabbage
1scallion topgreen part sliced
1small cucumberseeded and sliced
1cupchow mein noodles
1 /4teaspoonsesame seeds
For Dressing
2Tablespoonssesame oil
3Tablespoonsrice wine vinegar
3Tablespoonsvegetable oil
1 1/2Tablespoonssugar
1teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonfresh black pepper
1/2teaspoonsesame seeds
Instructions
Add all salad ingredients (except seeds) into a medium-sized mixing bowl and toss.
In a small dish combine all dressing ingredients and whisk to combine.
Toss salad with salad dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
