Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

These easy to make Chocolate Peanut Butter cookie bars will be the hit of any dessert party.

  • One box Immaculate Cookie Brownie mix
  • 1 1/4 cup butter 2 1/2 sticks
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tablespoons water
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 package 10 oz high quality semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Prepare brownie/cookie mix according to package directions except use a 13x9 pan and bake for 31 minutes.
  2. While brownies are cooking, prepare Peanut Butter layer by combining powdered sugar, vanilla, peanut butter and 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter. Combine until well mixed set aside.
  3. When brownies are finished, let cool and then spread the peanut butter on top evenly. Chill in fridge.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in microwave on 50% power. Spread over the peanut butter layer and chill in refrigerator for at lease 2 hours.
  5. Using a warm knife, score the top of the chocolate bars and then go back and cut through. Take your time and warm your knife under hot water between cuts.
