INSTANT POT RICE PUDDING

CLASSIC RECIPE IN JUST MINUTES!

– 1 cup white rice – 1 cup water – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1-1/2 cups milk – 1/2 cup sugar – 2 tablespoons corn starch – 1 teaspoon vanilla – ground cinnamon for serving

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Add rice, water and salt into Instant Pot. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal shut. Close the pressure release valve. Cook on the rice setting.

STEP 2

When cooking cycle is complete, quick release the pressure. Open the pot.

STEP 3

In a small bowl, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla and whisk well.

STEP 4

Pour into rice and mix well. Set the pot to saute and cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent browning on the bottom of the insert.
