Caroline is quickly growing up right before my eyes. She is a feisty little gal who loves deeply. Her favorite things are her mommy, her Bubba (Jonah), her daddy, and anything Disney. She is a lot like her mommy! I am pretty sure she learned her love of Disney from me. I love everything Disney especially Mickey and Minnie Mouse, therefore both of my children have watched Disney Junior since they were kids. Caroline enjoys watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Doc McStuffins, and Sophia the First and was even an adorable little Minnie Mouse last year for Halloween.
This year she is having a hard time deciding what to be for Halloween. Right now she has a Sophia Costume, an Elsa Costume and her Doc McStuffins Costume that I picked up at Walmart. She hasn’t been able to decide between the three outfits so she wears them all. I’m sure right before Halloween she will make up her mind!
Caroline is at the age where she is starting to have friends over for play dates and lunches. Soon, it will be time for some slumber parties! We already have a bunch of dress up clothes for the occasion, and she has two really good little girlfriends to come on over for her first slumber party!
We transitioned Caroline out of her crib and into a toddler bed a few months ago. She is just about ready to be potty trained and we knew she would need to have access to the bathroom at night. We already had a toddler bed from when Jonah was little so we got it out of storage for her. While I was at Walmart getting her new costume, I found an adorable Minnie Mouse Disney Junior comforter and pillow that was perfect for our growing little girl.
Her room is all set up for a big slumber party! I am sure she and her little friends will enjoy having their friend Minnie Mouse around. The Minnie fun doesn’t end with the bedding. I have created some easy Oreo Minnie cookies for the big night! They were so easy to make with regular sized Oreo cookies and then the mini sized ones for the ears. I had some fondant bows I got from Etsy awhile back so I pulled them out to change them from Mickey to Minnie!
All I have to do is break out our supply of Disney Junior paper plates and the fun Minnie Mouse straws and cups for the perfect slumber party!
Preparing your child for her Minnie Mouse Slumber Party has never been easier. Just head to Walmart to find your Disney Junior bedding and let the fun begin!
How do you prepare for your child’s slumber party?

The bedding is so adorable. We just transitioned my son’s crib to a toddler bed. We kept his original crib bedding (since it all fits), but added another pillow for him. He loves Disney characters, so I’m sure we’ll be buying new bedding very soon!

Aww this is so cute. I love the little Oreo cookies. Kiddo is only with us on weekends, so we haven’t had the experience of slumber parties. WE live about 30min from her so not too sure that parents would really want their kids out here without meeting us first, and that would be hard to sort out.
