I’m excited to introduce this Easy Honey Beer Bread Recipe. Soft, warm and slightly sweet, this recipe has been in my family for years. Of course, the most important ingredient of any beer bread recipe is the beer. This year, Yuengling is celebrating their 190th anniversary as America’s Oldest Brewery. This tradition and history will pair perfectly with my Honey Beer Bread Recipe.
A lot of our recipes come loaded with many layers of history, tradition, and stories. I wouldn’t want it any other way. These are the recipes that have been handed down throughout our families. They have been used to feed children, celebrate holidays and comfort loved ones. They have been perfected (or adhered to precisely!) for many years.
I have a recipe from my grandmother that I’d love to share with everyone. It is a recipe for Honey Beer Bread. It is nice and sweet and just a little bit salty in all of the right ways. Of course, selecting the beer to put into this recipe is just about the most important part of it. This is why it made total sense to me to use Yuengling Lager.
The Perfect Beer For My Beer Bread Recipe
It is obvious to me that Yuengling Lager would be the perfect beer for this special recipe. Generations of tradition can all collide and work together to make this delicious bread! We’ve always loved Yuengling in our home. My husband is a HUGE beer fan and says it has a crisp, solid, traditionally American taste. When using a beer for a beer bread recipe, you definitely need to use one that you enjoy the taste of. It is important to find one that you would like to drink on its own. Yuengling is often found in the fridge of our house, so we know it will taste great in this recipe.
