Global Chicken Kabobs

I am constantly looking for new ways to serve chicken.  We had a big sale on family packs of chicken this week and I had a lot left over after making fajitas this week.  One of my favorite ways to eat chicken and vegetables is by making kabobs.  I love to marinate my meat the night before.  It makes the meat very tender and flavorful.  I went to Walmart to purchase some KRAFT Anything Dressing to use as a marinade and dipping sauce.

Look at the amazing selection of KRAFT dressing!  There were many varieties to chose from including several different Italian blends.  My inspiration for the Global Chicken Kabobs came from all of the different types of KRAFT Anything Dressing.  I picked up Italian Roasted Red Pepper, Greek Vinaigrette, and Asian Lite Dressing.

Be sure to see my entire trip with my family on my Google+ album.

I cut up the chicken and marinated in the fridge overnight.  The next day, my husband helped cut up some veggies and we skewered them for grilling.  This recipe could easily be adapted for steak or pork.  I love it because I can use up a lot of the proteins and left over veggies that I hadn’t used for the week yet, it tastes fantastic, and it is super easy!  The hardest part was making the rice.

KRAFT Anything Dressing is perfect not only for marinades, but for dipping sauces as well.  I poured a little of each one into ramekins for dipping our chicken and veggies into.

The possibilities are endless.  In fact, you can visit your local Walmart during October for a demo featuring KRAFT Anything Dressing.  Also, visit Kraft Food and Walmart’s website for delicious recipes.  If you follow KRAFT on facebook you can also keep up with all the delicious news surrounding KRAFT Anything Dressing, as well as following @KraftDressing on twitter (use the hashtag #anythingdressing).
