Getting my skin’s fresh and glow back from winter’s harsh weather has always been a struggle for me. As spring is finally showing its lovely self, I automatically start thinking about changing up my beauty routine. With spring weather comes spring outfits and activities. Exfoliating and hydrating my legs and arms is essential for shorter sleeves and shorts. On my latest trip to Walmart, I found some new products from Softsoap that are perfect for my spring beauty routine!
I love the affordability of Softsoap products, they are easy on the wallet and have always worked well for my skin. I picked up both the new Softsoap Fresh & Glow body washes that exfoliate and hydrate. The exfoliating wash contains Apricot Seeds, Orange & Kiwi 100% Real Extracts which is great to scrub all the winter away from my skin. I love the citrus smell, it helps keep me energized in the morning before heading to work. The other fresh & glow products is a shower cream made with Milk Protein Almond and Coconut 100% Real Extracts.
I thought that I would create some gift baskets for some friends and teachers to surprise them and welcome spring. A fun spring spa basket is easy to make. Here is some of the things I chose:
I gathered a cute crate, a bath scrub, my homemade Lemon Bath Bombs (recipe on the blog this week!) a cute plaque, as well as Softsoap body wash. I love how simple this gift is yet it packs a big impact for the receiver. Who wouldn’t want a spa spring basket? This idea is very versatile, I even made up one for my husband to surprise him on Easter. I know he is going to love it.
You can find Softsoap Fresh & Glow Hydrating Shower Cream and Softsoap Fresh & Glow Exfoliating Fruit Polish at Wamart in the body care aisle.

My skin definitely needs some TLC before we get into shorts weather! Maybe I’ll make myself one of those cute Spring Spa Baskets! #client

I really enjoyed reading this article. I love the smell of SoftSoap, yet with my sensitive skin, I have found that I can’t use it. So instead I purchase specialty brands. Do you recommend any drugstore brands for extremely sensitive skin?
