I can’t imagine growing up without my best friend Kendra. We went through some of our toughest high school years together and having someone who understood what I was thinking and feeling made life so much easier. She taught me how to loosen up a little and to live life to the fullest. We were a great duo.

The holidays make me stop and think about what I am thankful for. I have amazing friends and family in my life. I can’t imagine going through life without them. I hope that my kids find friendships that are meaningful and supportive like I have experienced. Teaching them to be thankful and value these relationships is going to be my task for the next few years. I am thankful for shows that can help me reinforce that message.
