A Mom's Impression

I had a great time at the Build-A-Bear workshop last week.  I was a lucky winner of this adorable Ice-Cream Bear… TJ was so excited (okay, he really didn’t care, I was really excited, but he seems to enjoy him)!  These fantastic Ice-Cream Bears will be available at Build-A-Bear stores on Friday, July 2.

I wasn’t able to spend Father’s Day with my dad, but here is a picture of my dad, grandpa and TJ from one of our last visits out to Idaho.  This year Father’s Day coincided with my Dad’s birthday.  Happy Birthday Dad!  See you soon!

We went over to my husbands brother’s house for dinner the other night and had a blast on the swingset with the kids.  TJ had fun with daddy on the slide.  I love the look he gives his dad on the last photo….priceless.

TJ loves Elmo!  The new DVD is our lifesaver for allowing daddy and I in the mornings.  He is content to watch Elmo and drink his bottle while we get ready for work.  While I am loving his new found friend, I hope that this isn’t the beginning of TV addiction.  Am I worrying too much?

I wish BJ would have at least tried the cake, but he doesn’t like to be dirty and after sticking his hand in the frosting it was all over.  He didn’t even try it! He had fun though and that is all that matters!
