I am going to say this… move over Tickle Me Elmo, Stand aside Zhu Zhu Pets there is a new toy in town! I have found a THE toy for 201o, Pillow Pets. Pillow Pets are going to be the “it” item of the holiday season. I am sure most young children can even sing the song for you, “Its a pillow, Its a pet…”
Kids everyone have flocked to their television sets and begged their parents (or aunts in my case) for a Pillow Pet. My niece wanted the Lady Bug for her birthday (and ended up with two, I guess she didn’t just ask her aunt for one). Why are kids asking for these? Basically they are adorable and cuddly.
TJ loves stuffed animals. I am getting him the frog Pillow Pet for Christmas because I lost his froggy blanket at Target the other day and he love it! He has adapted nicely and attached himself to one of his teddy’s instead. I am hoping that getting him this frog will help mend his broken heart (and mommy’s guilty conscious).
As I mentioned earlier, my niece received a Lady Bug pillow pet for her birthday. We got her one in the large 18″ size that converts into a standard size pillow. All you have to do is undo the velcro strap on the bottom of the pet and it unfolds into a pillow. You simply re-Velcro the strap to turn it back into your cuddly pet. Its easy and simple for even a young child to do.
Isn’t this little ladybug adorable? If you could have seen my neice’s reaction when she opened it you would be rushing to order one before they sell out for the holidays. It is going to be “hot” folks… trust me!
