I have joined a gym this year hoping to maintain the healthy lifestyle that I enjoyed in my early twenties.  I wanted to regain mypre-baby weight and hope to look good in a swimsuit again this summer.  My husband and I have enjoyed working out together and it has brought us closer together. Every time I think I can’t go any further on my elliptical machine I think about how I will be here longer for my son if I stay healthy.  It is a great motivator.
