During the next four weeks we will be featuring Monday Moments here at A Mom’s Impression. What is a Monday Moment? Monday Moments are a time in the past week that you were able to get away from your hectic schedule and relax, even if it is only for 5 minutes. Here is my Monday Moment of the week:
I absolutely love BJ’s nursery. I loved creating the room with BJ in my tummy and waiting for him to come out and sleep in it. I loved shopping for every little detail in the room and making it just perfect. I never realized how much I would love rocking my little guy to sleep in the glider. I love putting BJ to bed. We get his bottle and rock until he finishes and he falls asleep. I have read all the “experts” opinions on how you shouldn’t rock your child to sleep, but I don’t care. I love this quiet time between my son and I and I don’t want to give it up. My Monday Moment of the week is that time that BJ and I spend together rocking at night.

I was actually chosen to be a taste tester for a nationally known tea company this week and every day of this week I got to try a new hot tea. It has been so much fun and just drinking the warm spicy teas is so relaxing! Have really enjoyed it!

Took some time out this week to just throw open the windows and let the sounds of nature relax me into a nap. I try to do this at least once a week weather permitting. I love the sounds of the birds’ mating calls in the morning and the tree frogs at night.
