It might seem a little cliché, but I rarely get the chance to take a bubble bath uninterrupted for any length of time. I had a very stressful weekend (that I won’t get detailed about now) and I really needed some time to myself. I grabbed a glass of wine and BJ’s organic bubble bath and soaked in the tub for a little while. Eli (our dog) layed down on his bed next to the bathroom to see what I was doing. Ahhh… I really needed that.

On wednesday evening I made time for a long outdoor run. I was able to breathe in the fresh air and admire all the cherry blossoms and spring plants. I was able to put my troubles away and admire nature’s beauty and get a great work out too!
I like to read after the children go to bed..it’s my way of winding down.
I found a long, long moment to relax–I sat in my big chair and a half and read a whole book.
I relaxed by sleeping in today!
I relaxed this week on Thursday since it was my birthday. I had a nice dinner with my husband *even though I got a flat tire on my bday!)
Well, sadly enough I am sick this week, so I got to spend alot of time in bed resting and sleeping. Something I don’t get to do very often. But it felt nice.
I like to take about 1/2 hour each afternoon to lie on my bed and do the sudoku in peace and quiet. Thanks.
I relaxed by checking ion with old friends(Laura & Patricia) Talked about alot of things and was fun

When I can’t take time out for a long hot bath (with reading) I relax by just READING! It takes me to other worlds, I can read for any amount of time (small usually), and it keep my inner Intellectual Goddess going so that I’m never at a loss for topics during conversations!
I relax by taking small cat naps (sometimes with my cat) whenever possible. It clears my mind and refreshes me.
Today’s relaxation plan includes, getting in my last post for the last day of your contest, and going back to bed. I’m sleeping in today!!

Last night I enjoyed a nice evening with chai tea, starry sky, and a firepit fire with my partner…you could hear the spring peepers in the distance and it was so awesome to go to bed after that relaxing time.

Believe it or not, my commute can be relaxing. I take all country/back roads for my 30 minute commute to and from work each day and the scenery never ceases to bring a smile and a sense of relaxation to me. Sipping a smoothie in the car while driving and see deer in the morning sun…does it get any better?

I relax and read a book!
I woke up early to make time to catch up with friends e-mails.
How did I found time to relax this week: I have been cleaning, and getting better organized. Things are much easier to find now; big time saver, very relaxing.
I worked in my flower garden.
