Wen by Chaz Dean Cleansing Conditioner Review

I hate my hair.  Or so I thought before I became pregnant.  I have dry, frizzy, not curly not straight hair.  At least I did before I had BJ.  After years of managing dry hair I found wonderful products that helped me manage my mane.  After giving birth something happened and my dry frizzy hair became oily.  It was wierd and it totally threw me off.  After 30 years of practice with dry hair I suddenly had to figure out how to work with oily hair. In order to work with my new locks I have had to skip the conditioner after my shampoo.  If I used conditioner my hair would look greasy.  By not using conditioner I have managed to keep my hair looking a little more “normal”.  I was very interested in Wen’s Cleansing Conditioner because it is a cleansing conditioner that is made with natural ingredients.  This product does not contain sodium laurel sulfate and other damaging detergents that are abundant in other shampoos.  Because Wen doesn’t contain these harsh chemicals your hair and scalp aren’t stripped of their natural oils.

Celebrity stylist Chaz Dean created Wen Cleansing Conditioner because he believes that shampoo is damaging and there had to be a better way of cleaning hair.  He wanted to find a way to clean hair using natural ingredients.  He hasn’t used shampoo on his hair or his clients hair in the last 14 years!

I was a little skeptical of this whole idea of getting the same results by using one product instead of using both a shampoo and a conditioner.  I began using Wen a little over a month ago and I am really happy with how my hair looks and feels.  I don’t feel like a grease pit but my hair is conditioned and it feels great! My hair is becoming more and more manageable since using Wen.  I have needed this product ever since I have given birth.  My only criticism is that you need to use a lot of the product every time.  I used about 8-10 pumps (which is less than what the directions tell you) every time I washed my hair.  I was afraid that I wouldn’t get through the month with this one bottle of Cleansing Conditioner, but surprisingly there is still enough in the bottle for a while longer.  I would recommend anyone who is the least bit interested to visit Wen’s website and order your own Wen Healthy Hair Care System.  For $29.95 you receive a 30 day supply of Wen Hair care that includes:
