Bummas Review and Giveaway (Closed)

One of the great things about being a new mom is all the great options we have for taking care of our children.  Take the act of diapering for an example.  When I was a kid you probably had the choice between leaky sagging cloth diapers or thick padded disposable ones.  Now we have a lot of options from a million different kinds of cloth diapers to biodegradable disposable diapers.  We also have our trusty standby Pampers or Huggies.  The same seems to go for wipes.  We can use disposable wipes or cloth ones. Recently I was given the opportunity to review some cloth wipes called Bummas.

Bummas are small eco-friendly cloths designed to keep little bums dry and to block those unexpecting squirts that accompany many diaper changes for boys!  These cloths are very soft, they are made from 100% cotton- woven velour terry cloth. Bummaswas created by a mom who wanted something to dry up her son’s bottom after diaper changes.  She didn’t want to stand there and blow on her son until she was blue in the face and she also needed something to block those little squirts, the result wasBummas.  

I received a 10 pack package of Bummas called The Wild Ones for review.  This was the first time I had used reusable cloth wipes and I was a little hesitant.  With BJ’s skin problems I wanted to be sure that I use gentle product in the diapering area.  Bummas worked great.  I used them after cleaning him up to dry off his area.  I also found that Bummas work great for other baby needs as well.  BJ has had another cold and these little cloths worked great to throw in the diaper bag for runny noses, or the occasional spit up.  I used them to wipe his face after meal times (I think he preferred these to paper towels on his face).  BJ loves to play with them while he is getting a diaper change, he rubs them over his face.  Bummas are durable as well.  I have washed mine several times in the wash machine and they have held up well, they have not faded or shrunk.  Bummas are a great addition to any household with a baby.
