The Baby Dipper Bowl Review and Giveaway (Closed)

Finding the right feeding utensils for BJ has been an eye-opening experience.  There are so many products out on the market that make a lot of promises.  Some of them live up to those promises and some fall short… a couple of times they have fallen way short!  One of the reasons I began this website was to sort through all of the hype for families that don’t have the time to mess with it.  Well my cyber friends I have found a product that lives up to its promises.

The Baby Dipper Bowl and spoon set promises easy feeding using only one hand and it works!  The Baby Dipper is contoured inside so that food slides down to the bottom making it easier to get all of the food out of the bowl and into your child’s mouth.  Many features of The Baby Dipper help moms to feed their child using only one hand.  One feature is that the bowl itself is transparent and you are able to see clearly the food in the bowl.

Another ingenious feature is the non-slip base.  The non-slip base prevents the bowl from sliding while you are feeding your child.  This feature also allows for cleaner meal times when your child is ready to feed himself. The non-slip base really works.  My lovely dog decided to clean up after one of our meals and licked the entire bowl clean.  It did not budge while he was doing this.  In fact, I was so impressed with how it stayed in one place I temporarily forgot that this kind of behavior shouldn’t be allowed by our dog and just watched him do it.

I was very impressed with The Baby Dipper.  I am excited that we can use this bowl and spoon for a long time.  So many baby products have a short life span (can only be used until they are a certain age).  This product only becomes more effective as BJ learns to feed himself.  At only $9.99 for the set, you must check out this product.

Awesome product! I love that it has the no skid bottom. Especially helpful with twins (no wonder the developer was looking for something better to feed her kids – she has two sets of twins)!

Another product I love for feeding (especially on the go) is the Squirt Spoon by Boon Inc.

I wish I could say that I’ve found a indispensable baby feeding product but I haven’t. Although, my favorite sippy cup is the one by Learning Curve.

We found a great bamboo spoon and fork by bambu. The handle is short and chunky – perfect for little hands.

The bowl has a special shape so the child can scoop the food without tipping the dish

I learned that the bowl is designed with a sloped interior surface and a spoon-shaped collection point which helps gather the food down to the last bite.
